underwhelming stay
musty smell slamming doors
the location was acceptable, close enough to major attractions.
I wasn't thrilled with the room i got. It smelled quite musty. also, the walls seemed paper-thin, with doors constantly slamming, made getting a decent night's sleep nearly impossible!!!

convenient location tram station effective air conditioning good water pressure
the hotel's location was very convenient for seeing main attractions the closest tram station is easily accessible the air conditioning worked very well i found the water pressure in the shower to be consistently good towels and slippers were provided ensuring comfort.
i did notice the absence of mugs or cups in the room initially paper cups were available at reception if needed however this was a minor inconvenience overall

i found the staff friendly and supportive. the hotel was clean and tidy. its central location made sightseeing very easy. it was great to be within walking distance of many places.
the room service food was not good. it was cold and poorly prepared. it also felt expensive for its quality.

i liked how close the hotel was to many sites. the staff were helpful with directions. the location had quiet streets with restaurants and shops.
